Tips for Healthy Living Ala Rasulullah

Rasulullah SAW said, "a strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer." (Muslim). 
How to always sound like the Prophet Muhammad? Follow the following recipes: 
  
1. ALWAYS WAKE UP before dawn 

The Apostle always invite people to wake up before dawn, perform Sunnah prayers and obligatory prayer, Fajr Prayer in congregation. This gives in-depth lessons include: Abundant reward from Allah, Freshness dawn air are good for health such as for tuberculosis therapy, Strengthening the mind and feeling healthy. 
  
2. KEEP ON HYGIENE

4. Fond WALKING FOOT 

The Apostle always walk into the Mosque, Market, jihad, visiting a friend's house, and so forth. By foot, sweat will flow, the pores open and the blood circulation will run smoothly. This is important for preventing heart disease. Medical research recently encourage people to walk at least ten thousand steps to improve blood circulation and health of muscles and other organs. 
  
5. Not easily provoked 

Prophet's advice, "Do not be Angry" repeated three times. This shows the nature of health and strength lies in jasadiyah Muslims are not alone, but further is based on cleanliness and mental health. There is appropriate to withhold therapy angry: - Change the position when angry, when standing then immediately sit down, sit down then lie down and when - Reading Ta'awwudz, because anger is from Satan - Immediately ablution - Prayers two cycles to achieve peace and eliminate the anxiety heart

To maintain the stability of the heart and mental health, mentality, then stay away from jealousy and prejudice and despicable traits is a very appropriate preventive action. Most of the illnesses suffered by modern society is due to psychological factors like anxiety, feeling lonely, obsessed by something, feel abandoned, keeping the emotions in a long time, and so forth. Crystal clear heart will push toward a healthy mind and stimulate your metabolism to create an antibody that works to restore physical health. 
  
8. Always thankful 

Prophet Muhammad taught us so much grateful to get more grace from God. By continuing to be grateful that we're constantly aware of the position of servitude we are weak and always need a gift from God. Gratitude also to give effect to the soul and mental peace, as well as contributes to the clarity of thought. In the end, be grateful is the biggest aspect to the creation of physical, mental and spiritual.
