Adl human social beings who can not live alone. People need togetherness Dlm life. Allaah created man and the wide range of different social levels. There is a strong some weak some rich some poor and so on. Similarly, Allaah created man with the skills and abilities which distinguished different also. All that adl In an order giving and mutual benefit. The rich can not live without the poor employee who became an assistant driver and so on. Similarly, poor people can not live without rich people who hire and mengupahnya. Then the third. Allaah says: 

أَهُمْ يَقْسِمُوْنَ رَحْمَةَ رَبِّكَ نَحْنُ قَسَمْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ مَعِيْشَتَهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَرَفَعْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِيَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا سُخْرِيًّا وَرَحْمَةُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُوْنَ

قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ، إِنَّا كُنَّا بِشَرٍّ فَجَاءَ اللهُ بِخَيْرٍ فَنَحْنُ فِيْهِ، فَهَلْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ هَذَا الْخَيْرِ شَرٌّ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ.قُلْتُ: هَلْ وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ الشَّرِّ خَيْرٌ؟ قال: نعم. قُلْتُ: هَلْ وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ الْخَيْرِ شَرٌّ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. قُلْتُ: كَيْفَ؟ قَالَ: يَكُوْنُوْا بَعْدِيْ أَئِمَّةٌ لاَ يَهْتَدُوْنَ بِهُدَايَ وَلاَ يَسْتَنُّوْنَ بِسُنَّتِيْ، سَيَقُوْمُ فِيْهِمْ رِجَالٌ قُلُوْبُهُمْ قُلُوْبُ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ فِي جُثْمَانِ إِنْسٍ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ، إِنْ أَدْرَكْتُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ: تَسْمَعُ وَتُطِيْعُ لِلْأَمِيْرِ وَإِنْ ضُرِبَ ظَهْرُكَ وَأُخِذَ مَالُكَ، فَاسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ!
