Healthy Living with Sport Rasulullah

"Health is invisible crown, and no one could see it, unless they are sick."

Arab proverb is true. We should appreciate the gift of health.Healthy is good, but many people ignore it, and only remembered when the body is lying in bed collapsed. Health becomes something very expensive, not even money can buy. Thus, a healthy lifestyle should always be applied. With a healthy body, a man more reverent in worship and worship God.No exception Muslim women.

For some reason, even the Muslim body health is a topic that is rarely spoken of in the Muslim community. Most of them are only concerned with issues of reproductive health, physical beauty, menstruation, pregnancy, and so forth.

So what message should have arrested the Muslim about their daily lives? In general, all Muslim women are told to stay inside their homes, which became the best and most secure place, without a doubt. Many Muslim who lived in the apartments or houses, but they ignore their body's health.

So many of them are lazy to move, eat and drink too much, sit for hours in front of the television and the Internet. Until muslimah sometimes synonymous with laziness, body fat, fond of snacking, and others.

If the Muslim does not have the awareness to healthy living and exercise, then they will get stuck in unhealthy life such as eating disorder, or overeating, anorexia, and bulimia (eating disorders seen from the habit of overeating that occurs continuously.)

... If the Muslim does not have the awareness to healthy living and exercise, then they would be trapped in a life of eating disorders, overeating, anorexia, and bulimia ...

Thus, it is very important it was to convey the right message to women about the health of Muslims. In that sense, eating right and exercising regularly, and exercise and lifestyle are part of a Muslim. No need to perform a variety of vigorous exercise are likely to conflict with Shari'a rules. The Muslim can perform a variety of sports activities or movements that can burn calories, sweat, and make the body more fit. So many forms of exercise that is consistent with Islamic lifestyle, and Muslim women can do, like walk 10 thousand steps.

There is strong medical evidence that confirms that the current 10 thousand steps each day can bring significant health benefits. If it can be done every day, then not only can make you feel better and energized in doing anything, but also can reduce the risk of dangerous diseases such as heart attacks, cancer, diabetes, and depression.

The best way to measure your steps is to use a pedometer (step counter). Pedometer is easy to use, easy to get, and not expensive. But if you do not have a pedometer, you can follow the instructions below to measure your steps:

  1. Walking at medium speed for 30 minutes, equivalent to walking four thousand steps.
  2. Walking at medium speed for 45 minutes, equivalent to walking 7500 steps.
  3. Walking with quick step for 60 minutes, equivalent to walking 10 thousand steps.
If counted, the average per person per day for a walk 900-3000 steps do daily activities. If so, to reach 10 thousand steps, then you should look for ways to obtain additional steps. Many ways can you take to get these extra steps, you can walk on a treadmill or a walk in the park in the neighborhood where you live with friends or your family members, while listening to tapes Islamic lectures. If the daily is considered too heavy, so make the schedule as much as three times each week.

Walking is not only make you become more fit and energetic, but also if you plan to go on a hajj or umrah, then it becomes the best exercises for later become commonplace to walk away.

"

Even the Prophet, he often took his wife to perform activities that nourish the body. Prophet once asked his wife, Aisha, to compete with him. Aisha recounts, "I was with the Prophet Muhammad on a journey, then my body is still slim. He then said to his companions, "Have you guys go first!"

... The Prophet Muhammad was known to have a habit to walk, even the Messenger of Allah, he often took his wife to perform activities that nourish the body ...

The Companions were run first of all, then he said to me, "Let us compete." I also welcome the invitation, he and I turned out to precede him in the running.

Some time after the incident, mentioned in a history: "He did not take me long to travel until my body fat and I forgot the incident." One time I was traveling back with him. He also said to his companions. "Please you to walk first." The friend was then run it first. then he said to me, "Let us compete." By then I had forgotten to victory in the past and now my body is fat. I said, "How can I go before you, O Messenger of Allah, while things were like this?" He said, "Let us begin." I was serving an invitation race and it turns out he was ahead of me. He laughed and said, "It's to make up for defeat in the first race." (Reported by Ahmad and Abi Dawud)
